Head of Public Policy at Bolt, overseeing a five-country portfolio and aligning regulators, cities, and tech teams to unlock safe, scalable growth. An alumna of Oxford’s Executive Leadership Program and a Board Member at the Ukrainian Lobbying Association, she advances ethical lobbying standards.
Yuliia is building the Stakeholder Quadrant Methodology for strategy workshops with IT and GR leaders. She also serves on the Bolt Women in Tech board and co-founded the Women Leadership program “She Leads”.
