Bio
Pavlo Zhuk is a senior technology executive and digital transformation expert, UAF officer and former Head of the Main Agency of Information Technologies at the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Since 2023 State Expert in the Directorate of Digital Transformation in Defense (2023–2025), focusing on functional services and combat systems.
Commander of an intelligence and data processing unit in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (2022–2023), where he served in the “Asgard” FPV strike squadron.
Pavlo also has extensive experience in the tech industry, having led software development and delivery teams at Wilded, Intellias, and Lotusflare, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and CI/CD operations.
