Bio
Olha Shapoval has over 17 years of experience in management positions across various sectors and holds a Master’s degree in Finance and International Marketing, as well as an MBA from the Open University in London.
Under Olha’s leadership, the Kharkiv IT Cluster has successfully implemented more than 75 transformative projects, including assistance with the launch of Diia.City and the Eastern Ukraine EDIH.In 2022, the cluster became the only technology organization in Ukraine to join the European Enterprise Network Consortium.
