Oleksandr Sharko

Oleksandr Sharko has 20 years of experience in IT, 10 of them in executive roles. As Managing Director at Archer Software / Cprime Studios, he scaled the company from $3.7M to $10M ARR; in 2020, the company was acquired by the French public group Alten, and later in 2022 by a Goldman Sachs investment fund. As Head of Tech Growth at Cprime EMEA, he created the AI Transformation for Enterprise service and led the development of an AI strategy in SDLC for one of the four largest banks in the UK.

As Co-founder and CEO of the startup Bicovery, Oleksandr worked on an AI solution for monitoring the condition of people with bipolar disorder and predicting episodes. As Head of AI at Rozmova / Clearly, he focused on building AI Therapy Companions and innovative solutions for traditional therapy. He also serves as a Principal at Toloka.vc, where he manages deal flow, investment analysis, AI, and automation. Currently, he is Head of AI at Promodo, implementing artificial intelligence into the company’s business processes.
