Bio
Oleksa Boyko is a Project Manager at the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, driving digital transformation projects. As Ukrainian Army Captain and former Chief of the UAV Service, he has extensive experience in building and leading drone reconnaissance and strike units on the frontline, applying UAVs for intelligence, artillery adjustment, and precision strike missions.
Before his military service, Oleksa was a Mobile Lead Engineer at GlobalLogic, managing Apple platform products for one of the largest US media companies. Combining software engineering expertise with combat-proven UAV operations, he now focuses on innovation and resilience in Ukraine’s defence sector.
