Bio
Since 2019, he has led electronic services at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, where he launched and developed the Diia application and portal. Under his leadership, Diia became a key next-generation government product — simple, clear, and user-oriented.
He combines deep expertise in UX and product management with unique experience working with state systems and bureaucracy. Thanks to this, complex processes became simple, and digital services turned into part of the culture of transparent interaction between the state and people.
In the spring of 2024, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine
