Marcin Chruściel

Director of the Office for Polish-Ukrainian Development Cooperation at the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Wroclaw and a Master’s degree in International Relations and European Studies from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

Previously, he served as President of the Management Board at the Institute of New Europe – a Polish think tank focused on analytical research in international politics, economics, security, and new technologies.
