Hanna Mikulytska

Hanna Mikulytska has been the Managing Director of SAP Ukraine since July 2022, overseeing the company’s strategy, growth, and operations in the Ukrainian market. She focuses on supporting both private- and public-sector organizations in their digital transformation, with a particular emphasis on cloud solutions and building sustainable enterprises. Hanna is also actively involved in initiatives that promote the development of Ukraine’s IT industry and broader economy, while fostering the growth, motivation, and well-being of her local team.

Before joining SAP, Hanna co-founded FinAdvice LLC in 2020, providing management consulting services to mid-sized and large Ukrainian enterprises in the financial and banking sectors. She has also held multiple leadership roles at Citibank, where she managed liquidity, trade operations, international corporate business, corporate client portfolios, risk management, product strategy, operations, and client services across Europe, Asia, and Ukraine.
