Artem Romaniukov

In 2022, he voluntarily joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine, serving in the 15th Separate Artillery Reconnaissance Brigade “Chornyi Lis” with the rank of Major.

From 2023 to 2025, he led the Digital Transformation Directorate at the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, where key digital products for the security and defence sector were launched, including Reserv+ and Army+.

In April 2025, he was appointed Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine, responsible for digital development, transformation, and digitalisation. Afterwards, he returned to the Ministry of Defence to continue implementing digital solutions for the Armed Forces.

Artem has over 15 years of managerial and entrepreneurial experience, as well as a strong background in the civic sector. He holds two technical degrees and also studied at the Ukrainian Catholic University and Stanford University.
