Bio
Expert in the digital transformation of public procurement and supply chain
digitalisation. For over five years, he has led the development of comprehensive,
national-level IT systems that promote transparency, efficiency, and a systematic
approach to acquisition.
She coordinated the launch and implementation of several large-scale projects in the public sector, such as e-Stock, MedData, DOT-Chain, and DOT-Chain Defence. The latter reduced the supply cycle of UAVs for the Ukrainian Armed Forces fivefold. She has held leadership positions at the State Enterprise “Medical Procurement of Ukraine” and the State Enterprise “State Operator for Non-Lethal Acquisition.”
